Friendly staff. Helpful. Quick response when need something.

Staff friendly, but unable to understand needs due to language barriers as we're from UK. Facilities not bad, but shower could be removable so easier for customer. More support with sim card/phone issue. Lack of support available. More support with advise on places to visit.

Very cooperative staff. They rarely say no. I checked out early morning around 6:30. Still i was served reasonably well. Rest all as per expectation from Fortune group.

Everything was matching our taste and preferences. The staff was serving with the smile, unfortunately I forgot few names that I had noted.

It is good organized hotel, staf and aervice is good.

There very bad small, especially from bathroom amd shower I think there is a problem about ventilation . Hotel looks too old.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this hotel in relatively untouristy Rajkot. We were making a stop off on our way to Sasan Gir National Park in Gujarat. We were really pleasantly surprised. This is a really modern hotel with nice executive furnishings and extremely clean with good bathrooms. Although it's a bit out of town and next to a construction site, everything we needed was at the hotel for an overnight stay. The vegetarian food in the restaurant was excellent, some of the best we had in India and the staff were able to make us nice packed lunches for our onward journey. We were able to get a rickshaw outside the hotel into the centre of Rajkot (not that much to see) but managed to pick up a few things at the Bangle market. (Bangdi Bazar). Price for one night with breakfast was extremely good value and we had complimentary pick up from the airport - be sure to call them to arrange this as emails weren't answered.

Personnel is kind and friendly. Mrs. Taniya has been very nice during the stay.

At the time of the booking I asked for a quiet room and I got a room right in front of the elevator (808). Wi Fi is terrible, it comes and goes continuosly and it is limited to 2 devices only. There are 2 restaurants, both with vegetarian menu only. Nothing wrong with that, but it should be specified in the restaurant description on the booking page.

The food was a tad spicy, but that’s a usual for cuisine of the city of Rajkot...

Talented and trained staff, Restaurant had tasty food. Floor captain Santosh bhagat was exceptional in taking care of our needs.

Comfortable stay, checkin was swift. Silent rooms, had a good stay.

Staff was very prompt and friendly. This is a big selling point. The also have a licensed liquor store on the premises which can be used for out of state visitors to get a licence and buy liquor in a dry state.

Water logging in the shower area and gaps in the shower door,which spilled the water out. The AC was freezing,was not possible to maintain temp it just showed 19 degree whatever temp you set.no fan in the Room.

The Swimming pool was too small. Spa was closed. They can better their service and response time. The breakfast was average.
